I finally disclosed details about Library. On my friend's bus, we discussed this venture. Kind and very supportive, he was very passionate in his belief that with friends, prospective business partners, word of mouth, and generated buzz that this may very well succeed. One of a kind and uniquely original, this place could bridge different folks together and be resourceful yet fun to several generations of individuals. Library is one of many ventures in a series of planned objectives for me and I'm quite hesitant about it. The gist of it is still not completely sorted out yet, but for one thing, Library is only the tentative title. Not even sure it should be called that. However, I'm desperate to have its interior designed like a library- featuring stacks of shelves, books sorted by categories, little crook and cranny areas where people can hide and read books. Started my day like no other! Good ole cleansing deeply penetrative, oatmeal pomegranate facial mask by Befine Natural Products (totally would give Burt's Bees a run for their money) pre-shower! Gotta love it! Gives your hands a sweet lil warming sensation before you slather it onto every inch of a dirty, rough from sleep face. Yes, that's my own duckie towel! Soft, adorable, and overall nice to laugh at. It doesn't belong to a baby or toddler. Mine! Mine! Mine! Hahahaha! ;) Birthday or not, no way am I posting a "before" pic. The way I look first thing in the morning is top secret, vaulted, highly classified information! Mrs. Rogers knows me so well! This is why I love her. The chocolate candle smells so deliciously sweet that I was bound to eat up that entire jar of wax, but thank heavens for those two Reese Cups stopping me from inflicting bodily harm on myself. I doubt anyone would want to spend their birthday in an emergency room due to candle consumption.......

Visited my former high school art teacher and best friend of 14 years (gasps! it's been a while, eh?) Carol Rogers at Belmont High School today. Look at these amazing prints from her creative high school students! Fun! Wildly funky! So impressive! They're using materials Mrs. Rogers got from the local recycling center, a place that always has discarded items that seem useless, but make for some very unique art! She's so great at eyeing objects and knowing that spark of magic! It's a trait of hers that's so profoundly influential to me. Isn't any wonder why I love her? And I'm not the only one! Heehee! :) Feeling a little inspired already and cannot wait to get to my drawing board! I so do miss printmaking! Mrs. Rogers and I had shared birthday lunch at Joe's Pizzeria with brilliant and awesome, James Pate, a man who is always filled with influential ideas and great insight.
